Yangmei Logistics Center – Success Capital Company Limited Taiwan Branch
Since March 2022, we embarked on a project to construct a multi-temperature, low-temperature warehouse spanning over 20,000 square meters in Yangmei District. Through the collective efforts of all our partners, the team successfully completed the construction of this large-scale logistics warehouse in the northern region in just 18 months.
The Yangmei Logistics Center boasts a strategic geographic location, being in close proximity to both Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Port, making it a highly promising logistics hub in the northern region.

Factory Area Design Features
We are committed to creating a modern and three-dimensional warehouse, which includes independently accessible dock spaces and dedicated sorting areas to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the logistics process. Inside the warehouse, we rigorously control temperatures to meet tenants’ high standards for storage safety.
We have installed dozens of temperature and humidity sensors within the factory, complemented by a monitoring host, allowing us to constantly monitor the temperature, humidity, and power consumption within the facility. The installed control system includes:
- Real-time monitoring system
- Electricity meter recording system
- Remote control system
- Trend recording system
- Automatic reporting system
A notable feature of the monitoring system in this factory is that it is not only accessible to internal personnel but also includes display panels placed in public office spaces. This allows the management team to monitor temperature at any time, ensuring absolute transparency and fairness. This advanced monitoring system enhances security and ensures the smooth operation of the overall facility.

Energy-saving Innovation and Fire Facilities
To effectively utilize energy, we have introduced an innovative brine waste heat recovery system. This system utilizes the heat from brine water to transfer residual cooling from defrosting to the office for air conditioning. The indoor waste heat is then transferred back to the unit cooler for defrosting. Compared to traditional electric heating systems, this approach saves more than 80% of energy. This not only contributes to environmental energy conservation but also significantly enhances the sustainability of operations.

In order to achieve our goal of energy self-sufficiency in the factory area and further meet the benchmark of net-zero buildings, we have implemented a variety of innovative technologies and comprehensive measures. Firstly, we have introduced a solar energy self-generation system to maximize the utilization of renewable energy sources. This initiative not only helps reduce energy costs but also aligns with the principles of environmental sustainability.
In addition, we have implemented a comprehensive fire safety plan that adheres to stringent standards, ensuring the highest level of security within the factory premises. These measures not only enhance operational efficiency but also transition our factory towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly operating model.
