2020 Supplier Sustainability Award Gold
Green Value has always regarded sustainable development as a continuous goal of our company. We are committed to providing stable refrigeration and electromechanical equipment and consider saving energy for our customers as a core value. In 2020, we successfully helped our clients apply for a subsidy of 3.75 million NTD from the Energy Bureau to update the magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller, achieving an energy saving rate of 37.1%. This improvement is expected to bring about 4.1 million NTD in electricity savings, while also reducing the energy consumption of refrigeration and air conditioning, decreasing greenhouse gas emissions by 822 tons, equivalent to the carbon absorption of 68,500 trees annually.
Despite the changes and challenges in the supply chain faced in 2020, we learned a lot from this challenge and timely adjusted to respond to the crisis, turning it into an opportunity. This transformation is not only reflected on the supplier side, but also our clients are learning how to achieve balance in a flexible supply chain.
At Green Value, we believe that the sustainable development and energy conservation of the company are increasingly important. We work hand in hand with all our partners towards this goal. We are grateful to have participated in the global sustainable development program with Taiwan’s Zuellig Pharma Company, and to have won the Gold Award. This is a recognition of the joint efforts and commitment of both parties, and a significant achievement in sustainable development.
