Nestled in Taipei’s bustling Gongguan commercial district, Komeda’s Coffee – Gongguan Branch has been meticulously designed to bring the cherished spirit of coffee culture to life while offering the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Guests are invited to unwind as if they’ve returned to their own living room, enjoying spacious seating areas and plush sofas.
The interior palette blends warm wood textures, exposed red brick, and elegant mosaic tiles to cultivate a cozy yet refined atmosphere. A full-height glass façade floods the café with natural light and creates a sense of openness. An open kitchen, visible to all, complements a variety of seating options—6 single-window seats, 11 two-person tables, and 14 semi-private four-person booths—accommodating up to 84 diners simultaneously.
GreenValue’s office is also located in the Gongguan district, forging a meaningful geographic connection. During our site survey, we were delighted to discover that Komeda’s Coffee sits directly behind our building. This proximity deepened our understanding of the space and enabled us to tailor our designs precisely to the client’s needs.

Our scope of work encompassed HVAC and fire-protection design and installation. Leveraging our extensive experience and technical expertise, we optimized airflow distribution to ensure uniform comfort throughout the café, while allocating ample clearance for future maintenance and servicing—maximizing both performance and longevity.

In the fire-protection design, we accounted not only for the restaurant’s interior layout but also for all safety installations, carefully maintaining generous ceiling heights to enhance the overall sense of spaciousness.
The result is an environment that delivers both a comfortable, secure climate and an inviting atmosphere in which customers can savor exceptional coffee and cuisine.
