NTU E-Force Demo Day concluded successfully on December 4, 2025, bringing together enterprises, scholars, and alumni from diverse fields to exchange practical insights on sustainability and innovation. This year, GreenValue participated under the theme “Smart Cold Chain × Sustainable Engineering.” The afternoon exhibition attracted strong interest, with faculty members, industry partners, and NTU E-Force alumni engaging in in-depth discussions at the booth.

GreenValue was selected in 2025 as one of Manager Monthly’s 100 MVP Managers, recognizing the company’s long-term commitment to cold chain engineering, smart energy efficiency, and sustainable transformation. The award was accepted by CEO Hsu Yofong on behalf of the company, highlighting GreenValue’s technical depth and innovative strength in refrigeration, HVAC, and cold chain technologies.

As e-commerce continues to grow and food logistics volumes rise, energy efficiency in cold chain warehousing has become a decisive factor in whether operations can remain sustainable over the long term.

GreenValue Engineering’s cold chain system design for a large frozen food logistics center in Taiwan has been featured in an in-depth report by Climalife Connect Magazine. The project was recognized for its innovative “brine heat transfer × cold energy recovery” concept, positioning it as a benchmark case for energy-efficient cold chain applications.

The 2025 Meet Taipei Startup Festival took place this November. Invited by EY, GreenValue joined 16 cross-sector startups in the EY Value Co-Creation Pavilion, where sustainable cold chain technologies were showcased alongside three other focus areas: healthcare, technology applications, and cultural and creative retail. Over the three-day event, the pavilion attracted a steady flow of entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate representatives, sparking lively and in-depth discussions throughout the venue.

At this annual innovation gathering, GreenValue shared real-world implementations and engaged in hands-on exchanges, presenting our practical achievements in AI-driven smart defrosting, energy recovery, solar power and energy storage integration, and cold chain monitoring systems. These cases illustrated the next stage of the cold chain’s evolution toward greater sustainability and intelligence.

GreenValue was invited to participate in the “Decarbonization Site Visit: Advancing Toward Net Zero” series hosted by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Representing the company, Engineering Department Manager Huang, Pei-Xian delivered a keynote presentation titled “From Construction to Net Zero: Smart Energy-Saving and Decarbonization Case Studies,” showcasing how GreenValue translates sustainability concepts into real-world cold chain engineering outcomes.

To help our colleagues enjoy a comfortable living environment beyond work, GreenValue provides modern elevator apartments—each less than 10 years old—for teammates relocating from other cities. These dormitories are designed to be safe, convenient, and welcoming homes away from home.

This year, we hosted our very first “Dorm Makeover King” competition, inviting residents from the 青心路宿舍, 藏疆宿舍, and 大清哈佛宿舍 to share their ideal living styles in a fun and creative way. Throughout the event, every participant showcased thoughtful attention to the details of daily life—from personal rooms to shared spaces.

Some transformed their rooms into dreamlike spaces through creative lighting; others used 3D printing to make custom storage tools for better organization. Many teams worked together to refresh common areas, using wall decals and décor to add warmth and character.

After a long-awaited break, the Family Spring Outing organized by the Down Syndrome Foundation brought together many children with Down syndrome and their parents to fulfill a heartfelt dream—witnessing the wonders of the underwater world up close.

The event, part of the foundation’s 2024 first-half family program, invited over a hundred families of individuals with disabilities to embark on an inspiring exploration at Xpark Aquarium in Taoyuan. From the moment the buses set off, the children’s radiant smiles and the warm interactions among parents and volunteers filled the journey with joy and meaning. Social workers shared that for many children with special needs, outdoor trips are rare and often challenging. This outing offered families a precious opportunity to step out together, safely and joyfully, to discover the beauty and wonder beneath the sea.
