GreenValue at NTU E-Force Demo Day | Advancing Sustainable Cold Chain Dialogue

NTU E-Force Demo Day concluded successfully on December 4, 2025, bringing together enterprises, scholars, and alumni from diverse fields to exchange practical insights on sustainability and innovation. This year, GreenValue participated under the theme “Smart Cold Chain × Sustainable Engineering.” The afternoon exhibition attracted strong interest, with faculty members, industry partners, and NTU E-Force alumni engaging in in-depth discussions at the booth.

Showcasing the Outcomes of Cross-Disciplinary Learning

At the demo area, GreenValue presented a range of engineering achievements, including AI-driven smart defrosting, brine-based energy recovery, warehouse airflow optimization, and LEED-certified green building projects. The booth became a hub for exchange, drawing NTU E-Force alumni and corporate leaders to explore potential collaborations. Several professors also joined the conversation, offering insights into how cold chain engineering can support ESG implementation, smart manufacturing, and supply chain resilience.

Throughout the exhibition, GreenValue once again recognized the value of cross-disciplinary dialogue. Conversations spanning engineering, sustainability, energy, healthcare, and technology converged in a single space, collectively shaping a more holistic vision for the future of the cold chain industry.

Special Thanks to Ms. Li-Mei Chen, General Manager of Ascent Way Co., Ltd.

During the afternoon networking session, we extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Li-Mei Chen, General Manager of Ascent Way Co., Ltd., for her generous support in providing wine, which helped create a relaxed and open atmosphere for conversation. This informal setting encouraged deeper cross-industry connections, as alumni and corporate representatives shared experiences from their respective fields and discovered new opportunities for collaboration through the exchange of perspectives.

Demonstrating the Value of Sustainability Through Engineering Practice

GreenValue was honored with the “Outstanding Enterprise of the Year” award, recognizing our continued commitment and tangible achievements in sustainable cold chain development and engineering practice. This recognition serves as both encouragement and a reminder that meaningful technology is grounded in professional expertise, a clear understanding of on-site realities, and sustained attention to user needs, supported by a disciplined approach to execution.

The core philosophy of the NTU E-Force Program emphasizes ecological economics, end-user needs, and value co-creation. These principles are shaping a new generation of sustainable business thinking. Concepts such as use over ownership, precision over standardization, and flow over scale have moved beyond slogans to become practical strategies for strengthening competitiveness in a rapidly changing market.

The true value of this learning journey lies in expanding how challenges are understood, enabling thinking that balances both depth and breadth while clarifying interconnections across systems. Looking ahead, whether in strategic planning, technological innovation, or cross-sector collaboration, GreenValue will continue to adopt an ecosystem co-creation perspective, supporting forward-looking decisions and creating long-term, sustainable value for the industry.
