In December 2022, we began construction of the Fong An Pharma Logistics Center, located in Zhongli, Taoyuan. After several months of development, we obtained the occupancy permit in April 2024 and officially commenced operations in June of the same year.

Committed to sustainability, Fong An Pharma Logistics Center not only meets PIC/S, GDP, and GMP standards but also achieved U.S. LEED Gold Certification for green building excellence.

To pursue net-zero operation, we installed a 576 kW photovoltaic array with 407 kW of energy storage across the rooftop, maximizing on-site renewable power. We selected Tier 1 energy-efficient HVAC systems and implemented a water-cooled loop that captures rainwater and condensate for reuse in the cooling tower. These strategies lower energy expenses and support global sustainability goals, allowing tenants to obtain green-energy certificates and bolster their ESG credentials.

Storage zones are maintained at 18 °C to 25 °C with humidity below 65%. Real-time monitoring panels on each floor display current conditions, ensuring products remain within safe parameters throughout storage and transport.

The facility features dedicated, independently accessed loading docks, a large-equipment charging area, and high-speed freight elevators for rapid inter-floor transport. To safeguard goods and personnel, we installed top-tier fire-protection systems throughout.

Operating 24/7, our monitoring network comprises 45 temperature and humidity sensors integrated with a central control hub that tracks environmental data and energy usage.
