GREEN VALUE – Sustainable Development Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Panel

Green Value has installed multiple sensors in their office to monitor the air quality, temperature, and humidity of the office environment. These sensors detect a range of parameters including temperature and humidity, CO2, formaldehyde, PM2.5, PM10, and TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds).

Additionally, there is a large panel located at the entrance of the office displaying various indicators such as real-time electricity and water usage, as well as cumulative electricity and water consumption. Beyond these features, the panel cleverly differentiates the indoor layout of the office. It even separately calculates the electricity consumption of the office wine cabinet, allowing for real-time monitoring of electricity usage in each office area.

This setup allows Green Value to constantly monitor the electricity consumption in different areas, preventing potential electricity leakage. By recording daily energy consumption behaviors, such as the frequency of refrigerator door openings or air conditioning temperature settings, we can gain a deeper understanding of the actual impact of these routine operations on electricity usage. These data not only help us optimize the office’s energy management and reduce electricity costs but also provide a basis for behavior analysis. This enables us to make more specific and insightful recommendations for energy saving and carbon reduction.

Moreover, the panel can switch to an equipment operation screen to monitor the operational status and is coupled with surveillance cameras for real-time monitoring of the office’s conditions. With the proprietary development of this monitoring system, Green Value aims to create a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient office environment, while also enhancing the comfort and safety of the workplace for employees.

The display panel also provides real-time records of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), utilizing various sensor data and relevant measurement standards to present the final indicators in the top right corner of the panel. Another key function of this detection system is the automatic operation of air purifiers and dehumidifiers. Maintaining air quality and ambient temperature is energy-intensive, and this system achieves a balance between air quality and power consumption by predicting the start times and operating power of these devices based on detected quality data.

These systems ensure that office colleagues can feel confident about their daily working environment, establishing a space that is both healthy and energy-efficient. This not only helps to improve work efficiency and employee quality of life but also fulfills Green Value’s commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development. Through continuous monitoring and improvement of the office environment, we practice green energy management, creating a more sustainable future for the company and aligning with the three key components of ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance.
